PREMIUM (PR) Category
Premium is the standard FSS 2.0FBSXls category comprising doctors who were enrolled in the Family Security Scheme (FSS 2.0FBSXls) only at the time of merger, plus those FBS members who voluntarily upgraded to FSS 2.0FBSXls before the merger date of 05 January 2025. This is the primary ongoing enrollment category.

Up to 35 yrs: ₹10,000
36 – 45 yrs: ₹20,000
Half-Yearly Billing Windows
Payments are due twice a year in the following windows.
First Half — Window 1
February – April
Due in the first billing cycle of the year
Second Half — Window 2
August – October
Due in the second billing cycle of the year
Member Donation Obligations
When a claim event occurs, all active members contribute to the donation pool.

PREMIUM is the primary category open for new enrollments from IMA-AP member doctors.

All IMA-AP member doctors below the age limit. Also includes FBS members who voluntarily upgraded to FSS 2.0FBSXls before the merger date of 05 Jan 2025.

PREMIUM is the primary active enrollment category for new members joining FSS 2.0FBSXls. Contact the FSS 2.0FBSXls office or register online to express interest.
Enrollment age limit was 56 years (until 31 Dec 2025).
From 01 Jan 2026, the age limit is sealed at 45 years for all new enrollments across categories.
