Periodic fraternity contribution bills are raised when a member is demised. All active members must pay within the notified due date to avoid fines.

Important circulars on reforms, rule changes, benefit revisions, and membership drives are circulated to all members.

Key communications from the Managing Committee.
Concessional Membership Drive — Extended till 31 December 2025. Admission fee at 50% concession, special concession in IMA Life Membership Fee for dual enrollment.
Upper Age Limit Reform — Effective 01 January 2026. From 01 January 2026, the upper age limit for new enrollment will be permanently sealed at 45 years. Doctors aged 45–56 must enroll before 31 December 2025.
FBS–FSS 2.0FBSXls Merger Complete — Effective 05 January 2025. The erstwhile Family Benefit Scheme (FBS) IMA AP was merged into Dr. N. Apparao FSS 2.0FBSXls, forming three membership categories: PLATINUM, PREMIUM, and PRIMARY.
Current Floating DFC — ₹18.50 Lakhs per claim. The current Demised Members Fraternity Contribution (DFC) stands at ₹18.50 Lakhs per claim, floating based on active membership strength.
